Jase...I was taking the piss regarding my last sentence and arrogance.
Evan and I have been trying, an on this case succesfully trying, to get people to respond.

Its ok Macca, we understand. You are good mates with truck and feel bad for screwing him over. So like all good politicians you go on the front foot and start the smoke and mirrors PR machine.

All I will say about their results this week is who did they play? Brisbane and Gold Coast. Nuf said!

Oh okay... so any time players play against GC and Brisbane they are bound for maxed out stats?
Get real boy!
If you believe that you are not the genius you masquerade as.

And don't confuse anything Jase, I've been screwing people in this league longer than you've been collecting scanlens footy cards. If I truly believed I had screwed him, mate or not, I'd be boasting.

This trade was not in the same league as some that I have done in the past.

Smoke and mirrors. Brisbane have no defence worth speaking of. But dont take my word for it look at the game stats. Pods kicks his Career high. Hawkins kicks his season high. Hell a guy who has played 10 games and has only kicked 8 goals in his career kicks 2.

Ahhhh classic 101 Macca. If you cant play the ball play the man. Im a little hurt you felt the need to say masquerade though. I know im good, just ask me.

You two can have whatever opinion you like.

I will give you the facts... from then your opinion is as good as mine.

Fact One: Shannon loses about 7 possessions a week Mitchell -> Deledio. In a year he wont figure in the finals it is hardly a great loss.
Fact Two: Shannon gains a prospective goal kicker and marker that he didn't have (Hawkins) for 'nothing'.
Fact Three: Shannon gains a small forward who kicks goals and tackles and will only get better and never be tagged, for 'nothing'.
Fact Four: Shannon is happy (to my understanding) as am I.

But lets not talk about dodgy trades as the trade between you two was far more so.

I am happy with the trade

there is always a winner and loser in a trade

mitchell is a big loss for now, but as I have said, i was not winning with him, so why not sell and try to cover some bases with some younger players that may help me in the next few years

if hawkins doesnt come good, stiff shit, that is the risk we all take, every now and then we find a diamond in the rough in the bottom tier. sometimes something happens and players hit their potential

delidio is a solid possie player, i am happy with that

blair?? lets see, he is young and i like how he plays
