Grimes to be All Australian?

Since players need to play 12 games in the season to qualify for the ASFFL All Australian team, youngster Jack Grimes (11 games to Rnd 18) is currently hanging on to 2nd place (ave 8.5) behind Nick Riewoldt (9.7)

However, St Nick may be included in All Star first as he sits 4th (76.28) behind 3rd placed Bartel (76.29), 2nd placed GAblett (80.3) and leader Leigh Montagna (81.2)

Could Jack be the biggest surprise inclusion in this illustrious line up since Justin Koschitze made the All Star line up a few years ago?

I assume that finals dont count towards the tally?

Especially since I think Gerry has Grimes.

Ah...no! it IS after 18 rounds. I just went and checked previous years winners.
