Round 10
Round ten will see two interesting games if you consider the bottom of the table being interesting.
I'm tipping Warthogs to beat Raptors and Maulers to beat Terriers which will put the pigs in 8th place.
however because of grievous concerns over betting and the AFL I am too gutless to put money on it.
By the way the syndicate that put a million dollars on Collingwood to win today must have been absolutely shitting themselves 8 minutes in to the final quarter!

Re: Round 10
I think the only ones shitting themselves were the Crows players who realised that they need to play 4 1/4's of football in order to win. Especially against a quality team like Collingwood.

I'll have some of that...Terriers to smash Maulers and Raptors to bounce back, score 350 and see off the hapless Warthogs.

We could do it but your fees would have to increase by 500%.

Four goals won't make up for two All Stars who don't score more than 35.
Do you want the Pod?

fucking bulldogs, not even naming lake and gilbee as emergencies and then bringing them into the team very late
would have made the tigers a different team

Surely they will get fined for that!
I don't want to call it too early, but I think the Tigers are in box seat with a game to go.

My results for Round 10
Wolves 377 d Heroes 362. The canine ancestors pull out their first victory for the season with a last-gasp win thanks to Buddy. Time to sell Libber, Hero.
Tigers 382 d Bangers 333. Chapman and Bartel too busy sunning themselves on the Gold Coast but Jordie and Jared bring home the Banger bacon for the Tigers.
Warthogs 332 def by Raptors 383. 120 from Steve Johnson. Nuf said.
Ridgebacks 418 d Mustangs 358. Good All-Round team effort from the Ridgies despite the donut from Harris. Mustangs let down by a lack of a ruckman and only 3 points from JB.
Terriers 278 def by Maulers 333. That's embarrassing. My best 'All Star' (and I use those words advisedly) got 39 points. Congrats to the Maulers although they won't be writing home about this performance either.
Vipers 389 d Gladiators 377. 100 from Marc Murphy helped although Kurt Tippett did his best to spoil the Vipers after-party.
I think the table will be more compact after this round with losses for the top three teams.
