Possible results Round 1
In lieu of Crozbot's results, here are mine:
Warthogs 320 d Maulers 383. The 'tackles experiment didn't really work with the Warthogs although it did for the Maulers. Good allround effort from the premiership favourites(*).
Tigers 335 def by Mustangs 371. Nathan Fyfe's BOG effort was not enough for the Tiges as his marking division let him down badly. Mustangs had to make four or five substitutes for the game but still came home with the Tiger skin.
Raptors 399 def Terriers 333. Tom Rockliff (now where did he come from?) made it all too hard for the Terribles. Beaten in all areas by the premiership favourite (*), the current premier will now slink off into a corner and lick his wounds.
Bangers 422 d Vipers 401. Game of the round! Late sub Rory Sloane's 9 tackles was not enough to get the Snake over the line against the premiership favourites (*). Brent Stanton nearly got 100!
Ridgebacks 405 d Heroes 358. The sheer incompetence of the Ridgies (current premiership favourites [*]) nearly cost him the game...nahhh. It was never in doubt especially when three players combined for 181 points! Heroes - Jack Trengove made you look better than you are.
Gladiators 338 d Wolves 331. Current premiership favourites (*) squeaked in despite Luke Bruest and Joel Macdonald doing their best to lose it for the Gladdies. 102 from Buddy was a highlight for the Wolves.
Well done winners.
(*) April premiership.

One word. Gutted.
BTW Gerry not that it changes the result but I have my score at 412 not 401.

Hmmm. I'd be happy if you could point out where.
I had Sloane coming in for Jetta in tackles but that was the only change to your original team.

Yup sorry you are correct. I didnt realise that Laidler played. I started him because he wasnt meant to play so he was meant to be a slider. I got 412 using Kennedy's 27 possies who I expected to play in my team. Sorry my bad.

It's good to see you at least attempting to check your scores - that's a bigger effort than most coaches!

Re: Possible results Round 1
Is that the first time a 'slider' player has slid in unintentionally?
That is why I used Fev last year as slider.
I am off with the fairies...forgot to use Michael Barlow and Hayden Ballantyne!
Ive used my get out of jail free card for the year.

Gerry and others.
I wont be able to produce any sort of publications until I update my spreadsheet for 2012 etc, which take a bit of time. Are you (Gerry) able to put something out?

Its what I get for trying to be cute with my sliders. I used Jetta knowing he wouldnt play and I used Laidler because he had done his knee and was due to miss at least 2-3 games.
I would be surprised if its happened before as usually you know on Friday who's playing so theres less chance for error. Of course this round going over 2 weeks made it hard to know who would play which is why I wanted to ensure I had 2 suitable backups for AS incase my named AS's didnt play.
At least it didnt cost me a win. It hurts getting the 3rd highest score and losing but it would have hurt more if it had cost me the win.

Re: Possible results Round 1
She can have my label as premiership favourite because I wont need it this year.
WHY did I retain...
Max Bailey over Matt Thomas
Daniel Kerr and Michael Rischitelli over Dean Cox and Simon Black?
Its official...I have lost my mojo

See Round 2 suggestions.
I've had a lot of bubbles this weekend, a number of them have burst (e.g. Leuenberger) but I have plenty more in stock.

Anyone see the (now) obvious error?
Fortunately, it didn't affect the scores at all.
Anyone...? Hero, I'm looking at you?

Just to clarify this, Brad Ebert did not play for the Warthogs - Brett Ebert was selected.
My mistake.
Brett did not play and his only reserve (Luke Tapscott) also did not play so the Warthogs scored 308 not 320.
This will reflected in the next premiership table printout.
This also means that Brad did not get the three votes for the game!
Thus the One Heart votes have been changed for the game as well.

Re: Possible results Round 1
Careful with the accusations.
This is an error I made.
It should be Joel Corey not Nathan Foley in AS.
Fortunately, it made no difference to the scores as Joel scored less than Jack and Dale as an All Star.
My concern was that no-one (including myself) picked up the error.
