3 way tie, incredible!
you know when i first took over my list my biggest concern was AS, so it crazy to me that in yr 2 of the team i came equal first in that category.
Pretty happy about that!

What choice did he have but to go kids?
I am not bagging him...but it wasn't rocket science...
He realised he wouldnt be able to get the big names so made damned sure he was first in line for the young guns.
He took enough of them to make sure he would hit with a few.
That and the emergence of Bryce Gibbs.

Cheers Croz, I was pretty lucky though with the players that were available in my first draft.
And yes Macca you are correct I had no other choice, but didnt make the decision to do what I did any easier. Especially when I started to get mocked during that first draft.
That said though there are others in the comp that had a bad list this year and didnt choose the same way to do things. So maybe its not as obvious as we think.

What you have done is assured yourself success (ie playing late into finals month) when they all mature.
As Gerry would attest, getting them is the easy part.
