He told the story about Nathan Van Berlo's first night where he smashed the 3km time trial record...he was basically relating first impressions..."How would Nathan be viewed amongst our players on that first night?"...pause.... there were a few boys walking around panting and saying "who the fuck is the bloke".

Heaps of times he swore.

Another was when they brought in the feedback system whereby players give open feedback and Scott Stevens didn't like that no player had him in his their starting 22...apparently he was was like "you guys are fucked...I woork my fuckin arse off for you c***s"

I could go on.

I recorded it by the way.

Would be fascinating to hear macca. Any way you can get it online ? I would love to hear it.

Okay...what I have is not from the session that I attended on the weekend, but one from a session I was at with SA state coaches last year.

It is a similar message that he tells.

It is quite long (about an hour) so maybe best to put your headphones on and do something else (stats?) whilst you listen.

Some of it is a bit scratchy where someone on the table may have commented or I moved (I recorded it on my iphone)

Beware Jase: it is pretty heavy as we were discussing leadership philosophies. That said, if it were Malthouse or Buckley I would have been hanging on every word, so as a Crows man you may really get something out of it.

Im sure it will be interesting mate, I love that sort of stuff. Besides I'll be at work so im sure it will be better than what I will be doing

I also have audio from Darren Trevena (Port Pooer Development Manager), Stephen Schwerdt (Crows Fitness and Cond. Manager), David Wheadon (Geelong Development manager)...all of which I am happy to put up.

Schwerdt was fascinating as he showed us some awesome footage of some of the camps and training's that the Crows have endured over summer. The Mount Lofty running video which saw James Craig do the whole session on day one at the club was amazing (Porplyzia had a funny stack of his bike and Griffin ended up in hospital on a drip from exhaustion).

Yer if you dont mind put it up and i'll listen to it for sure.

At the very least it will give me something to listen to during lunch.
