[3] Once When a trade paper is signed and dated by both or all parties the trade will be considered official. If the trading is done online, the trade will be considered official when both coaches have confirmed the trade in the appropriate forum and a member of the Executive not involved in the trade, officially confirms it and locks the post. There shall be no time limits on signing the trade sheet or confirmation by coaches online.
