Posting, but not locking retained players? Empty Posting, but not locking retained players?

Just to put the question out there....

is it possible for teams to submit, but not lock in their retained players list for the purpose of knowing where teams are 'likely' to retain?

This will make it easier to trade PS Draft picks with others. However, teams will probably wait until the last minute to submit these if these lists are locked once submitted.

Depends what tactics you want to play.
I'd say, put provisional list all you like, but once it is in the Retainees forum and is locked - that is it.
