how do we post our teams here, what is the best way to link our team sheet, or do you want us to just type it in??

At this point we havent come up with a 'tidy' solution to this problem. I have spent much time looking into this, stay tuned...

At this stage (I hope I am speaking on behalf of Gerry here) we would just like the team sheets emailed to BOTH of us.

The major problem with online forms is that we cant generate drop down lists for each position easily. So, for now, I will try and do what I have done previously and publish each team on Google docs and provide a link on this forum for all to see.

It might be worth posting this as a "sticky" so that everyone coming onto the site sees it.

Croz correct me if im wrong but cant you set up Google docs for anybody to edit the sheets.

Give people the links to their sheets to enter their teams and then change access and "lock" them out just b4 game time.

That way people can set their teams b4 the start of the round and anyone who is interested can still view the sheets any time during the weekend, but cant change it.

This if it works, is less work you guys to manage and puts the responsiblity back on the team owners as it should be.

Yes, we have considered this option. The problem is you cannot use drop down lists for player names and certain coaches who have no idea about their own players names will cause havoc.

We could use google forms, but that too has limitations.

Also, nor I or Gerry can be on the ready at game time to lock coaches out.

Good thought, but we believe there is a better option out there.
